About Me
Across GP practices, outpatient clinics and private healthcare, I bring real experience in the areas that actually keep things running; compliance, estates, service delivery and governance.
I’ve supported practices through CQC inspections, brought underperforming sites back up to standard, and managed estates across more than 30 locations. I’ve led large refurbishments, secured funding, and set up new services from the ground up. I know what it takes to deliver under pressure and get results.
I’m often brought in when there’s a lot going on a site preparing for inspection, a service that needs tightening up, or estates issues that keep getting pushed down the list. I bring structure, clarity and a calm pair of hands to help things move forward without adding more complexity.
